Project: Empower could not exist without the support of our amazing team of volunteers. We rely on our group of dedicated volunteers, who give up their time and resources to make our project work. We simply could not exist without them.
Most of our volunteers are students – at all levels of qualification – who volunteer around their study commitments. We also have working professionals, from places like the Civil Service, CPS and Law Centres who volunteer around their work and personal commitments.
We have a range of volunteering opportunities, ranging from short term work experience for local students through to dedicated volunteers who have been with us from the very beginning.
Volunteers have the choice of working with our Employment Division, assisting with the weekly drop-ins and/or help research and deliver workshops with our Public Legal Education Division.
Alternatively, we pride ourselves on innovation at Project: Empower, and believe greatness comes from collaborating with others. So if you have any bright ideas to help take us to the next level, join us to be a part of that.
We ask that volunteers commit a minimum of 1 day per week for six months to ensure that you get the most out of your experience with the Project Empower.
If this is something that sounds interesting to you, please contact Mozes Salvatore on email@example.com. Please send a CV and covering letter which references your interest in Project Empower, and if you are successful, we will then be in touch to arrange a start date.
Please note: we may be unable to provide a reference if you cannot initially commit to a minimum of six months.
Alternatively, you can use the form below to submit your application.
